Clemens Marggraf is a Ph.D. candidate in the BMBF junior research group ‘CoCareSociety’ (Co-creating Climate Services for Care Economy and Caring Society), which aims to understand the interrelations between climate change, long-term care, health, and well-being of the elderly, and their energy efficiency in the living environment. Furthermore, the group will investigate how changes can be induced in the interconnected systems to maximize the health-climate-energy nexus outcomes to co-create friendly, climate-resilient, affordable, and sustainable future societies.

Clemens Marggraf holds a master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Prior to joining GERICS, he worked on several international environmental projects with a focus on a sustainable and socially just transition in the energy and transport sectors.
