Speaker: Maike Voss, Consultant - adelphi (think tank), Berlin

Maike Voss works as a consultant at the Berlin-based think-tank adelphi on climate risk analysis, vulnerability and adaptation to climate change. She analyses climate risks, identifies possible adaptation measures and deals with transformative change processes. In addition to the question of how to adapt, Maike Voss also explores the barriers of adaptation and how these can be overcome. At Zentrum KlimaAnpassung, the first national advisory and information centre for municipalities and social institutions, she leads the centre's training division.
